CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancelled appointments are fully refundable if a minimum of 48 hrs notice is provided. If an appointment is cancelled 24 hrs before the session, you will receive a 50% refund. Late cancellations, less than 24 hrs before your appointment, are non-refundable.

Please note that most insurance companies will not cover non-attendance and/or late cancellations, so clients will be invoiced directly for any outstanding fees.
